Clear Fees
We take great care in clearly explaining our fees to our clients.
On the one hand, this includes fees according to the scale of fees which are set forth by statute (RVG).
In other cases, the attorneys will reach an agreement with their clients regarding the fees, as is customary in the area of business law consulting: on the basis of the amount of time required to complete the case.
The amount of the fee corresponds both to the difficulty of the work as well as to the economic significance of the matter to the client. The priority of the matter and the achieved results are also taken into account in determining the fee.
This guarantees that the fees are reasonably proportionate to the amount of work required and the difficulty of the legal consultation.
